Mt. View Health Fair

| The Mt. View Health Fair has now been rescheduled to MAY 10 from 8am to noon at the Boy's & Girl's Club on Price Street in Mt. View.
There will be low cost blood tests, free health education and free health screenings. The comprehensive blood test is $40, the Thyroid blood test is $30, the Prostate blood test is $25 and Colocare Kits are $5. You need to FAST for the comprehensive blood test for 12 hours, no food or drink except water and lots of water. Prescription medication should be taken and diabetics should not fast.
There will be cards available for the upcoming free Mammograms being offered at Providence the week of May 19-22nd and these will be with the check out nurses. |

| Bring the entire family (including kids) to the Mat-Su Health Fair which is now being held at the new AT&T Sports Center, located on the Palmer/ Wasilla Highway at 1507 N. Double B street.
There will be free health screenings & education, low cost blood tests and lots of exhibitors. Your one stop shop for health education and information.
You will need to FAST if you are planning to have the Comprehensive Blood Test $40, the Thyroid Blood Test $30 and the Prostate Blood Test $25 do not require a fast. We also offer ColoCare Kits for $5, this is an easy to use screening test that is done at home.
There will be healthy, fun activities for the kids sponsored be CCS Early Learning!

Join us for this community wide health event to be held at the Seldovia Conference Center, 251 Main Street. There will be free Health Education, free Health Screenings and low cost Blood Tests (comprehensive blood test covering 27 different areas $40, Thyroid Blood Test $30 & Prostate Blood Test $25) and take home Colocare kits for $5. If you are having the comprehensive blood test done, you need to FAST (no food or drink) for 12 hours and drink lots of water.
